Elli's Kosher Kitchen is honored to have the certified blessing of the UAE's first Chief Rabbi, Yehuda Sarna, the Chief Rabbi of the Emirates. Rabbi Sarna is the Executive Director of the Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life at New York University, the University Chaplain for NYU and as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Administration in the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
