
Almond macaroons recipe

Ingredients:
8 egg whites, stiffly beaten
500g Grund almonds (or almond flour)
500 g sugar
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well.
Spoon into a piping bag and create swirls on greaseproof paper.
Place a blanched almond on top of each.
Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
