1 kg cod (or any other white fish)
1/2 cup parsley leaves
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
3-4 stems spring onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Place the parsley, cilantro, spring onions and garlic cloves in a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add chili flakes and blend again.
Chop the fish into small pieces and add to the blender. Blend until all the fish is mashed and has taken a light green color.
Add salt and pepper and mayonnaise. Blend again.
Shape the fish cakes.
Fry in a pan with oil and serve with salad.
