Olive tapenade recipe

If I had feta cheese, I would be eating it with this olive tapenade and matzah right now!
Super easy. Very enjoyable.
Ingredients:
100g pitted black olives
2 garlic cloves
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 small anchovies
1 teaspoon capers
Salt and black peppercorns
Method:
Put everything into a food processor and blend to a paste.
That's it!
