Onion rings for Passover



Ingredients:

1/2 cup matzah meal

1/2 cup potato starch

1 cup milk

1 egg

salt

2 teaspoons Pesach baking powder

2 onions


Method:

Slice onions into thick rings

Mix, egg, matzah meal, potato starch milk, egg and baking powder together.

It should form a thick but runny batter.

Dip the onion rings into the batter.

Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
