Succulent salmon recipe

Ingredients and preparation:
250g salmon
1 teaspoon olive oil drizzled over the salmon
Coarse salt sprinkled over the salmon with olive oil
1 teaspoon dried dill sprinkled on top of the olive oil
Black pepper ground on top of the herbs
1 slice of lemon placed on the centre of the salmon
4 plump cherry tomatoes cut in half and dropped around and on the salmon
1 tablespoon of capers
1 sprig of fresh dill for garnish
Method:
Heat oven to 200 degrees
Prepare each piece of salmon as above
Once fish is prepared, bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until the fish is a light pinkish color.
Five minutes before the end of cooking, drop the capers onto the fish
Garnish with fresh dill
